About MHC There have been many exciting changes here at MHC.  In 2009, we changed our name from Moore, Horton and Carlson, P.C. to MHC Certified Public Accountants, LLC.  Our new name reflects the new direction our company has taken, while maintaining the continuity and strength of our firm.
